Program Details:​

At Deelicious Dietitian, my approach goes far beyond handing you a meal plan. I start by getting to know you—your habits, health history, lifestyle, and goals—through a detailed nutrition assessment. From there, I design a personalized plan that fits into your real life, not the other way around. Each week, we’ll check in to track progress, talk through what’s working (and what’s not), and make thoughtful adjustments together. You'll receive weekly meal plans tailored to your needs, complete with grocery lists and simple recipes that reflect your goals and preferences.

You’ll also have 24/7 text support, so you can reach out anytime you need guidance, motivation, or just a little encouragement. My counseling is rooted in education, flexibility, and empowerment—helping you build a healthier relationship with food and confidence in your choices. We’ll work on letting go of all-or-nothing thinking, overcoming emotional eating patterns, and learning how all foods can fit into a balanced, nourishing lifestyle.

The meal plan is a flexible tool...not a rulebook. Life happens, and perfection isn’t the goal. My job is to help you build sustainable habits that support your health long after our time together. Even after the initial six weeks, I’ll continue working with you to refine your plan, address any roadblocks, and create a go-to library of meals and strategies that work for your unique life.
